Open to residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RE/MAX Kelowna and their immediate family members are not eligible. Residents of Quebec are excluded.
The contest begins on the date the giveaway page is published and ends Monday, July 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period").
No purchase necessary. To enter, visit the giveaway page and complete the sign-up form with your first name, last name, email address, and cell number during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person/email address. Bonus entries may be earned through the referral programme.
To enter without subscribing, send an email to braden@koophomes.ca with the subject line "ENTER" during the Entry Period. Include your full name in the body of the email. Alternate entries receive one (1) entry into the draw.
One (1) prize will be awarded: a $250 CAD Urban Fare gift basket, provided by Braden Koop.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes, weighted by total entries earned. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. If the selected entrant fails to answer correctly or cannot be reached within 7 (seven) days of notification, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. This process will repeat until a qualified winner is confirmed.
Each entrant receives a unique referral link. When a new, eligible participant signs up through that link, both the referrer and the new entrant receive two (2) bonus entries. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries that may be earned through referrals.
